In 2006, Key Management of ISS Global A/S comprised the former Managing Director for the period 1 January - 31 August 2006 and the current
Executive Group Management of ISS A/S for the period 1 September - 31 December 2006. The current Executive Group Management of ISS A/S was
paid by ISS Management A/S. The normalised annual remuneration to the current Executive Group Management of the Group is approximately DKK 23
million. In 2005, no remuneration was paid.
