Goodwill write-down of DKK 15 million in <strong>2006</strong> related to employees taken over from <strong>ISS</strong> A/S in connection with a management<br />
agreement between <strong>ISS</strong> A/S and <strong>ISS</strong> Management A/S. Goodwill impairment of DKK 111 million in 2005 mainly related to the<br />
German Facility Service business. For further description see note 15, Impairment tests. Goodwill write-down of DKK 80 million in<br />
2005 mainly related to the winding up and divestment of part of the Swedish damage control business.<br />
