care) says Physiotherapy at home from someone who can support the
whole family makes a huge difference. We can help with walking,
rehab after illness, and chest problems which can make life more
comfortable for everyone.
If you’d love to feel fitter, why not gain confidence and get started with
Dave’s help? He is a Personal Trainer as well as a Physio. He loves
taking people forward from their treatment back to full fitness. Lots
of our patients take up the opportunity as they finish their treatment
and feel so much better and more confident for it.
Ro is our fantastic massage therapist and reflexologist. We see people
leave her treatment room in a relaxed and blissed out state all the time.
Did you know she is also a hypnotherapist and life coach? So if you
