What It Does
Produces the Replace With dialog box, which allows you to
customize the text you want to search and replace.
Locates the next occurrence of the selected text in the
document.
Locates the previous occurrence of the selected text in the
document.
Produces the Goto dialog box, which allows you to enter a line
number. The cursor moves to the specified line.
The Find Text dialog box, shown in Figure 11-6, is a powerful tool for searching
for text in the text file.

The Find Text dialog box uses the word at the current cursor location as the
default text value to search for. Click the Options button to customize the
search, such as whether to perform a case-sensitive search, or to only look
for whole words instead of finding the text within a word.
The Tools menu provides several handy features for working with the text in
the buffer area. Table 11-2 describes the tools available in KWrite.
