What You Can Do<br />

Save the current document. If you haven’t saved this document<br />

before, the Save As dialog box opens.<br />

Open a Compose e-mail window in your preferred e-mail<br />

program and automatically attach this document.<br />

Edit the displayed file.<br />

Open a Save As dialog box with PDF selected as the file type.<br />

Send a file to the default printer.<br />

Run the spellchecker on your entire document or the selected<br />

text.<br />

Activate or turn off the automatic spellchecker feature.<br />

Remove the selected text from the document and save it in<br />

memory.<br />

Make a copy of the selected document text and save it in<br />

memory.<br />

Place the text from memory into the document at the cursor’s<br />

current location. Click the down arrow to see options for how<br />

you can paste your text.<br />

Pick up the formatting of the first text you click and apply it to<br />

the next text you click.<br />

Undo the last change you made to the document. Click the<br />

down arrow to choose how far you want to back up through<br />

the changes you’ve made.<br />

Reinstate the last change to the document after using Undo to<br />

cancel it. Click the down arrow to choose how many of your<br />

changes you want to redo.<br />

Insert a chart into the presentation by using the selected data.<br />

Insert a spreadsheet into the presentation.<br />

Open or close a dialog box that you can use to build complex<br />

hyperlinks.<br />

Display or remove the line-up grid from the slide.<br />

Open or close the Navigator window, which allows you to<br />

jump to specific features within your document.<br />

Alter how large the document appears on-screen.
