Pam Confer, PhD(c), MPPA<br />
Pam Confer is an international, award-winning, bilingual professional<br />
speaker, author, editor of publications, singer, songwriter, and public<br />
relations consultant.<br />
She is the founder of Speak BIG!, a communications and public speaking<br />
program inspiring all to Speak Up! Speak Out! And Speak Often! Ms.<br />
Confer holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration degree, and<br />
is currently completing her PhD in Public Policy and Administration<br />
from Jackson State University. Ms. Confer is the recipient of numerous<br />
awards and is an accomplished entertainer. She recently recorded the<br />
song “<strong>Mississippi</strong> Beautiful” as a tribute to <strong>Mississippi</strong>’s bicentennial<br />
and the opening of the <strong>Mississippi</strong> Civil Rights Museum and Museum of<br />
<strong>Mississippi</strong> History.<br />
