THAI SMILE UNVEILS NEW LIVERY AS A FULL-SERVICE CARRIER
THAI Smile recently unveiled its new striking livery and orange logo for its Airbus
A320-200 aircraft. Meanwhile the airline’s underscoring its position as a full-service
airline to create a positive impression on passengers and maintain its high standards.
The image makeover for the airline’s entire fleet of 20 aircraft is expected to be
completed in 2021. The goal is to provide passengers with a new travel experience
on its 18 operational routes with two additional services to Hong Kong from Bangkok

NEW IN-FLIGHT MEALS AND INNOVATIVE PACKAGING LAUNCHED
To celebrate its seventh anniversary. Nednapang Teeravas, THAI Smile’s Chief
Customer Service Officer, attended the launch of the airline’s new-look in-flight
menu featuring over 30 new hot meals for breakfast to be served on domestic
and international flights. The use of new paper packaging will help reduce plastic
waste and global warming. The traditional meal box has now been replaced by
a tray design to save space. The new meals are now served on India-bound flights.
The launch took place at the Rembrandt Hotel’s Rang Mahal Indian Restaurant.

SEMINAR ON DEVELOPMENT OF
REGIONAL AIRPORTS
THAI Smile was represented at the seminar
“Thailand’s regional airports and development
and connection of flight routes” at “Airports For All”,
which was organised by the Department of Airports
(DOA) at Hall 8 of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
The event aimed to promote the department’s
airport development plans in response to the
relevant policies of the public sector. Joining the
seminar included DOA director-general Darun
Sangchai; Amporn Chatbusayamas, assistant
to the permanent secretary of the Ministry of
Transport; and Somkiat Maneesathit, DOA deputy
director-general.
