A special Hosted Buyer Program will
be organized at 6th OIC Halal Expo
under the sponsorship of the Turkish
Ministry of Trade and foremost
unions of retailers in Turkey. ‘The

over 100 international speakers while
an estimated number of 40,000 local
and international guests will visit the

of Discover Events, the organizer of
the event that would host Yusuf Islam,
formerly known as Cat Stevens, as a
keynote speaker. Mr. Ete stated in his
speech that Halal Accreditation Institute
(HAK) has been established by a
decree issued by the Presidency of the
Republic of Turkey and drew attention
to the potential posed by Turkey to be
the center point of ‘Halal’.
