WHERE THE WILD ART IS<br />

William De Ferrers art department were delighted to be approached by Mrs Hull from Trinity St Mary's primary school to<br />

produce a piece of art to re-energise the learning space adjacent to their library. Mrs Hull from Trinity St Mary's and Mr Clarke<br />

from William De Ferrers collaborated on the organisation and design of a mural that depicted a scene from the book 'Where<br />

the Wild Things Are' by Maurice Sendak.<br />

Students from year 12 currently undertaking their art A level were invited to produce the design for the primary school. With<br />

some help from Mr Clarke and Miss Mahoney the design for the primary school. With some help from Mr Clarke and Miss<br />

Mahoney the experience for the year 12 students who worked tirelessly and used their fantastic individual skill sets to produce<br />

an illustration of great character for the students of Trinity St Mary's to enjoy for many years to come.<br />

We would like to thank all the students for their dedication, enthusiasm and hard work and also thank Trinity St Mary's and<br />

Mrs Hull in particular for this fantastic opportunity.<br />

We are very proud of the students achievements. Well done to Isobel Quinton-Holt, Charlotte Alexander, Juthamat Clarke,<br />

Libby Connolly and Jasper Gladman.<br />

Just to let you know we found<br />

our cat last night!<br />

She had got stuck under a house<br />

that was having work done and<br />

got bricked and cemented in but<br />

is completely fine!<br />

So thank you to everyone for<br />

their help in finding her.
