With current visitor numbers of over 340,000 a year and strong
growth predicted due to further investment and development of
the garden estate and facilities, RHS Garden Hyde Hall provides a
wonderful escape experience for a day out. To help our planned
growth in visitor numbers we are looking to recruit a Visitor
Services Team Leader (Visitor Experience) to join our dedicated
Front of House team.
You will provide first class customer service and support to all
visitors, ensuring that your team enhance the visitor experience
and proactively promote and sell membership. Administration and
other duties related to front of house activities will also be in
your remit.
We require experience of managing staff and visitor flows at a
leisure attraction, and a strong operational background. In
addition to this you will need to have sales experience and a
sound knowledge of high customer service standards.
For this highly customer based role we are looking for a very
enthusiastic and energetic person. You will be expected to work
some weekends as this is a 7 day a week operation, with
weekends being our busiest periods. A full driving license is
essential.

Care Assistant for 44yr old lady living in
South Woodham Ferrers
Starting January 3rd 2019
Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
Friday afternoon 3pm-6pm
Good rates of pay.
Duties will include personal care, general household
duties including cooking, accessing the community
i.e. cinema, shopping etc.
You must be friendly, reliable, GSOH and trustworthy
and like cats as I have 5.
You must be 25 or over (car insurance requirement)
able to drive and have a clean driving licence as you
will be required to drive my vehicle.
Experience is preferable but not necessary.
You will also be expected to cover other shifts during
the week/weekend/nightshift should the need arise
and be flexible should swapping shifts be required.
