We are a friendly group who meet on the first<br />
Thursday of the month at 1.45pm. Thursday,<br />
1st <strong>November</strong> the speaker is from Petrus, the<br />
homeless charity in Rochdale. We start with<br />
tea and coffee at 1.45pm and the speaker<br />
will start at 2pm.<br />

(Communion 3rd Sunday) We offer different<br />
types of service – one week informal and one<br />
week formal.<br />
Prayer Walking our Community: twice monthly<br />
a group of prayer walkers visit homes and<br />
deliver prayer cards while others pray in<br />
church for their witness and our church and<br />
community. Since June 2017 we have had<br />
29 prayer walks and delivered 3452 cards.<br />
WEEKDAY ACTIVITIES<br />
We organise activities for young and old every<br />
day of the week including small home groups<br />
for fellowship & faith, toddlers, uniformed<br />
organisations, Luncheon Club, Bridge &<br />
Bowls, Community Coffee morning.<br />

MUSIC AT LUNCHTIME<br />
2nd Tuesday in the month from October to<br />
March 1pm-2pm. Admission is £4. Lunch<br />
items available from 12.15pm. <strong>November</strong><br />
13th performers are Isabel Williamson (cello)<br />
& Jonathan Ellis (piano)<br />
FILM CLUB - 3rd Saturday in the month<br />
Film starts at 7pm, entry £3, complimentary<br />
refreshments available from 6.30pm. The<br />
film on 17th <strong>November</strong> is the iconic Western<br />
‘Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid’<br />
DEMENTIA CAFÉ<br />
We will be launching a monthly Dementia<br />
Café on Friday 7th December from 1.30pm<br />
to 3.30pm. It will be a welcoming place for<br />
people living well with Dementia and their<br />
carers, friends and family<br />
