resilience despite its ups and<br />

downs?<br />

43 years experience in design, prototyping and<br />

manufacturing of Electronic Products.<br />

Founder and CEO of Circuit Plus inc. (1999-<br />

Now)<br />

PROFFESIONAL AFFILIATION<br />

Member of Professional Engineers of Ontario;<br />

PEO, (from 2004)<br />

COMMUNITY AFFILIATION<br />

Member of <strong>Mohandes</strong> from 1997 and VP of<br />

BOD (2000-2004)<br />

Member of the Board and head of Policy & Procedure<br />

Committee and Mentoring Committee<br />

I believe the reasons <strong>Mohandes</strong> stands for a<br />

long time was the passionate members and its<br />

simple but fundamental mandates. Such a mandate<br />

did not need high cash flow but needed<br />

hard working BOD. Election process which<br />

lead the BOD experience flows from one team<br />

of BOD to another one have helped such mandates<br />

flow well. In respond to the reason(s) of<br />

rise and fall of <strong>Mohandes</strong>, looking to the member<br />

numbers and diary of <strong>Mohandes</strong> for a long<br />

time, I do not see a large fluctuation but gradual<br />

addition of tasks to the BOD missions and flaws<br />

in process of continuation of the mandates from<br />

one team to another one, sometimes caused a<br />

phenomenon which interpret as disturbance.<br />

3 – What is your opinion about the new<br />

<strong>Mohandes</strong> constitution?<br />

New <strong>Mohandes</strong> Bylaws with new vision and<br />

multiple missions needed more teamwork more<br />

planning , more human and fund resources and<br />

more BOD to BOD continuation process which<br />

I hope BOT can help on.<br />

4 – What suggestions do you have to attract<br />

more newcomers and new graduates?<br />

Second generation members and media marketing<br />

could help much while successful new mandates<br />

will automatically absorb new members.<br />
