13.4 Time allowed and damages for delay under CFR and CIF Indicative Discharge Date<br />
Contracts<br />
13.4.1 Should the Vessel arrive at the Discharge Port such that running hours pursuant<br />
to Section 13.2.1 above would commence at a time within the Indicative<br />
Discharge Date given by the Seller then the time allowed and damages for delay<br />
shall be computed in all respects in accordance with Section 13,<br />
13.4.2 Should the Vessel arrive at the Discharge Port such that running hours pursuant<br />
to Section 13.2.1 above would commence at a time prior to the Indicative<br />
Discharge Date given by the Seller, then notwithstanding Section 13.3 time shall<br />
not count against the Buyer whether as laytime or demurrage until 00.01 on the<br />
earliest Indicative Discharge Date.<br />
13.4.3 Should the Vessel arrive at the Discharge Port such that running hours pursuant<br />
to Section 13.2.1 above would commence at a time after the Indicative Discharge<br />
Date given by the Seller, then Section 13.2.1 shall be modified to the extent that<br />
running hours shall commence Berth or no Berth 36 (thirty six) hours after NOR<br />
is given or on commencement of discharge, whichever is the earlier. Save as<br />
aforesaid, Section 13 shall apply in full.<br />
