The first phase of Luštica Bay’s<br />

state-of-the-art marina has been<br />

successfully completed, and this<br />

world-class facility now offers 50<br />

berths for boats up to 45m. The marina<br />

officially opened in August 2018 and<br />

has already achieved approximately<br />

70% occupation. Seafarers can enjoy<br />

yacht assistance from a multilingual<br />

professional team and work on a host<br />

of exciting additional services is well<br />

under way. A fuel station and border<br />

crossing are planned as a part of the<br />

next stage of the marina development,<br />

with dry boat storage and a service<br />

centre for marina clients. The next<br />

phase of construction is expected<br />

to begin soon and will significantly<br />

increase the number of berths available.<br />

With the completion of the final phase,<br />

Luštica Bay’s marina will be able to<br />

accommodate 176 boats. For those who<br />

enjoy an active vacation, the marina’s<br />

renowned sailing school offers courses<br />

from IYT Worldwide – one of the world’s<br />

leading yacht training programmes.<br />

Marina of Agios Nikolaos<br />

maximum of 70m. The various dry dock facilities for approximately 100 boats<br />

and technical services are professionally run and complemented by a 65 ton<br />

travel lift. The marina is located in the heart of the town and provides easy<br />

access to the centre of town, the main archaeological sites and other places<br />

of interest. This city is the perfect destination for charter guests interested in<br />

learning more about Greece and its history. Every <strong>summer</strong> the Municipality of<br />

Agios Nikolaos organises cultural events, music and dance events, theatrical<br />

performances, exhibitions and cultural shows. Plus, during the Naval week,<br />

artistic swimming, waterskiing and wind-surfing contests are organised.<br />
