Valley resident Sarah Brown recently launched Qontevo, a line of
functional and stylish reusable lunch bags and accessories. The name
Qontevo is derived phonetically from the Portuguese word, “Contevo,”
meaning “I contain.”
Geared toward women, the meal prep and lifestyle products
feature bold designs and colors. The line is eco-friendly, primarily made
of neoprene with waterproof polyester linings and faux lather accents.
The company’s mission is to inspire women to start or maintain a
healthy lifestyle through their on-the-go packed, nutritional meals. The

Stay Balunsd
This month,
Balunsd will
open a second
Scottsdale location.
The advanced
performance and
recovery studio
was founded
by the owners
of Movement
Restoration.
The new
North Scottsdale
location of Balunsd
will be twice the
size of the existing
Old Town
Scottsdale location,
which opened
two years ago.
The new studio
will offer massage
therapy, cupping,
cold plunge, hot
tub, infrared sauna,
compression therapy,
and stretching,
among others.
To celebrate
the newest location,
Balunsd is
offering a new
founders membership
called Balunsd
Prime. For a limited
time, guests can
get a monthly
membership to
both facilities for
$79.99. It includes
unlimited access
to recovery tools at
both locations and
one Recovery Day
