RESIDENTIAL FLOOR PLAN
“This floor plan is a residential apartment that
belongs in a mixed‐use development located in
downtown New Baltimore. This construction was a
real project from the Professor’s design office that
he brought to the classroom as an exercise. It is
a mechanical drawing done with the straight edge
and the triangular scale, colored with color pencils
and markers. Drawn in DRAD 1010”
