My creative process went like this:
1. Create character artwork, figure out how to animate the cape, with selected moving parts.
2. Create artwork for three different scenes as well as all the elements of the scenes.
3. Animate each scene with the simple parts first (character position and pose)
4. Make any additional artwork and refine animation for scenes.
5. Color grade and final touches.
