generated more than £3 million in services
revenue from one email template alone – safe
to say their bottom lines appreciated it.
While many clients were eager to get
back in the chair, there were many who
held back and waited for other guests to

their appointment… and some may still feel
uncomfortable with the idea of attending
a salon. With that in mind, keeping the
