Science of Coffee is the home of specialty<br />

roasters who love great coffee! The Science of<br />

Coffee store in The Market is operated by Yoli’s<br />

and sells only the highest quality coffee beans<br />

Passionately driven by science, Science of Coffee<br />

micro-roasts coffee to an art. Sample coffee<br />

beans from different locations, pick up your<br />

favourite daily brew to enjoy on site or take with<br />

Scoop<br />

Established in Salt Rock in 2014, the team at<br />

Scoop make all of their ice creams by hand on<br />

the stove top – and they even bake and roll<br />

the cones by hand! The ice creams are made<br />

using fresh Jersey milk and cream from the KZN<br />

Midlands and the previously disadvantaged<br />

ladies in the Scoop kitchen conjure up to 15<br />

incredible flavours at a time, including 70%<br />

Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and Butter<br />

Salted Popcorn, to name a few. They also have<br />

a wide range of sorbets (all vegan-friendly and<br />

made with real fruit) as well as delicious waffles,<br />

milkshakes or Steampunk Coffee!<br />
