Beach Shack<br />

The Beach Shack is a funky takeaway spot<br />

with casual deck space to sit and eat. Situated<br />

in Umdloti beach, their mission is to serve<br />

wholesome, nutritious meals at affordable prices<br />

in a responsible and earth-friendly manner. Their<br />

signature dish is Traditional Fish and Chips (R85),<br />

followed by their popular Burgers (R60), which<br />

are made with lean mince and are delicious! The<br />

Beach Shack caters for vegetarians and they have<br />

plenty of healthy options, such as Poke Bowlstyle<br />

salads. Their delicious Short Ribs dripping in<br />

sticky sauce are a must-try!<br />

Café Turka<br />

Murat Oncel, the owner of Café Turka,<br />

immigrated from Turkey four years ago where he<br />

owned and ran a small restaurant in Marmaris.<br />

Passionate about making good Turkish food,<br />

his speciality is lamb doner kebab which is<br />

made with meat (lamb, chicken or beef ) that<br />

is marinated and seasoned in the shape of an<br />

inverted cone and slowly cooked while turning<br />

on the rotisserie. The slow cooked meat is sliced<br />

(falafel option available too) and served with fresh<br />

salad, dips (hummus and Turkish garlic sauce)<br />

in a wrap. Their restaurant is situated in the Salt<br />

Rock Shopping Centre, you can eat in, take away<br />
