A local hero
We love anything local and, well, you don’t get much more local than this. Created
by BlackStrap Craft Distillery (who specialise in hand-crafted, small batch spirits), gold
award winning Ginsala is a true representation of the East Coast. Focusing on the bold
flavours of the region’s Indian cuisine, this gin is everything we love about the area and
more … it’s made in Ballito, only 100 bottles are produced per batch and each bottle is
filled, corked and labelled by hand! Artisanal in the true sense of the word. Ginsala Gin is
available very sense of the word. Details: Available only at the distillery
(www.blackstrapcraft.com) and at TOPS at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre.
