has a passion and flair for Indian cuisine. Her<br />

love of cooking and catering led her to open<br />

her first retail outlet at The Market. Made fresh<br />

Bird & Co<br />

It’s all about excellent quality, full-of-flavour<br />

chicken and pizza at the popular Bird & Co at<br />

the Market at Ballito Lifestyle Centre. The pizzas<br />

are traditional, thin-based and wood-fired, made<br />

with premium, fresh ingredients only (gluten free<br />

options available). The chicken is as impressive,<br />

with a wide variety of offerings including<br />

burgers, wraps, strips, wings, livers, thighs and<br />

half chickens. Bird & Co’s popular, deboned<br />

‘ChilliPeriChicken’ and ‘Thunder Thighs’ are<br />
