A lot of goals might feel like they are slipping through the cracks. Second quarter<br />
is a great time to make adjustments and here are four tips to continue the journey<br />
in your success:<br />
1) Learn from the past - first quarter has given you some indicators and insight of<br />
places where you can make adjustment<br />
2) Prioritize your goals - at the beginning the year we tend to be ambitious so<br />
take a moment to prioritize your goals today<br />
3) Establish accountability - get with a person / group that will help hold you<br />
accountable so that you can’t escape the procrastination and distractions that<br />
always seem to pop up<br />
4) Data, data, data - Hold meetings, check critical points and measure the<br />
analytics so that you are making decisions based on facts<br />
