WHERE ZEPHYRS FLOW
Close your eyes and open wide,
The windows of your mind;
Regret is for the wounded psyche,
Best let your past unwind;
Peer instead both far ahead,
Then to your left and right;
There’s more to see with open mind,
Much more than black and white.
Close your eyes and see instead,
The world as you would wish,
Picture scenes without what are,
The things you’ll never miss.
Imagination further sees,
Illusions like the ocean breeze,
Wanders where the zephyrs go,
I hope they blow to me.

IS MAKING THE NEWS
Out and About Magazine poet, Michael Walsh, has had his
name and his art thrust into the limelight by a recent series of
successes.
Michael has been composing poetry for nearly fifty years. His
