Since then, IBS has been providingflexible learning opportunity and enhanced learning experience to students. This experience helpedduring the pandemic and IBS rapidly transitioned to blended online learning and transformed itsteaching, learning and assessment into more engaging and impactful, by redesigning the courseswith a thoughtful blend of synchronous-synchronous-asynchronous learning modes. Online classeshave started as per the current academic schedule like in the past.
T H E P G P R O G R A M I N M A N A G E M E N TLEADERSHIPREDEFINEDThe Program equips the students with the skills, knowledge and strategicperspectives essential for the leadership of business around the world.The program is designed to provide twin impact of strong functionalskills and the ability to apply, adapt and integrate those skills in differentmanagement situations.The program comprises of 29 courses (of which30 37VIEWBOOK2021PROGRAMSTRUCTUREElectives21 are compulsory courses & eight are electivecourses) with an Internship program. These coursesare spread over four semesters.The students can pursue elective courses in Marketing, Finance,Human Resource Management, Operations, and InformationTechnology & Systems. Each student must choose eight electives.While four of these must be from a single stream, the others canbe from any other stream. To specialize in a particular stream,a student has to pursue at least four electives from that stream.Thus, a student can acquire a dual specialization by choosingfour electives from one stream and another four from a secondstream.
