It’s an invigorating journey that IBS Bangalore offers
throughout the two years of PGPM program. There
is a fine balance between learning and fun which
is the best thing. When I refer as “fun”, I mean the
way the syllabus is framed. Almost all the subjects
are handled with a practical approach that gives
the students a great understanding of the concepts
and how things work in real life. The classes happen
through case studies that encourage students to
build skills in research, presentations, skits, self-made
videos etc. The learning is strengthened by the 14-
week Summer Internship program that focuses on
providing excellent exposure to the corporate world.
The two Management fests Manthan and Tarkash
polish students’ organizing and leadership skills.
CSR, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Food club etc.
and the club events are conducted during the evenings.
Sports is an integral part of IBS B culture and regular
tournaments are conducted in Cricket, Football, Volleyball,
Badminton, Basketball and so on.
Last but not the least- the Faculty at IBS B are highly
approachable and each one of them has extensive
experience in teaching and bring abundant industry
knowledge (share their own experience) along with them.
The professional support in the final placements and
personal/professional mentorship provided to students
enable them to clear the placement rounds and grab
excellent job offers. The alumni from various industry and
companies come to college and take mock interviews and
provide their valuable feedback to every individual.

The amount of support and
guidance I got from the faculties and the
Placement cell has really helped in securing
my placement in a Big4 at a lucrative
salary package. I was very confident and
cracked the Aptitude, Group Discussion and
Interview rounds due to the mock tests and
interviews conducted by the faculty and the
Placement cell. The working atmosphere
here has taught me professionalism. I would
like to thank my college for giving me the
