It929090%92%92%91%prevalent in the country. The entire campus recruitmentcontributed to about 13% of the total offers received. Despite the huge challenges faced duethe recruiters in this space included Byju’s, K12, Extramarks,LIDO learning, JARO Education and Scaler.862017 20182019 2020 2021to the COVID-19 crisis, many of the regular recruitersstill showed their trust and faith in hiring talent from ourcampus this year. IBS Bangalore, once again was able toachieve 90% placements for all the eligible candidates.This placement season once again saw a huge demand inthe Tax & Advisory space with the likes of Deloitte, PWCWe also had a good number of companies from the IT/ITES,Real Estate, Financial Services sector which collectivelycontributed to 36% of the overall job offers. The other sectorswhich hired this year included FMCG / Retail, Insurance, MarketResearch, Manufacturing and Logistics.Some of the prominent recruiters which hired aggressively thisyear were Deloitte, PWC, HCL, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential,Property Pistol and NoBroker.com.As many as 122 companies looked at hiring students from IBSBangalore during the just-concluded placement process. The total30 58VIEWBOOK2021and KPMG looking at us positively and contributing toabout 16% of the total placements.This was followed by the Banking sector which also hadits fair share of hiring, by making a sizeable number ofoffers to the aspiring candidates.
