Agriculture and Plant machinery -<br />
has just celebrated its first half year<br />
of trading and is looking forward<br />
optimistically to the future.<br />
<strong>The</strong> concept of top brands being<br />
delivered to the doorstep of farmers<br />
or construction companies/sites<br />
has found a ready market and the level<br />
of business transacted has steadily risen<br />
since Parts for Machines’ inception.<br />

<strong>The</strong> customer experience has always<br />
been one of the focal points with Parts for<br />
Machines and it is shortly going to be able<br />
to offer a much-upgraded service with<br />
two of its biggest brands.<br />
From September, its search facilities<br />
for Yuasa batteries will be considerably<br />
enhanced in terms of finding the right<br />
battery for the right make and model<br />
of equipment with, henceforward,<br />
a dedicated search widget for Yuasa<br />
batteries.<br />
It is a similar story with Astrak, who<br />
supply undercarriage parts for tracked<br />
machines. Parts for Machines has recently<br />
increased its references almost 20-fold,<br />
now offering more than Astrak 35,000<br />
lines - the most diverse range possible -<br />
and again, it is backed up by an improved<br />
search function on the site to reflect this.<br />
General user-friendliness for the<br />
platform has also been enhanced with a<br />
new Frequently Asked Questions facility<br />
that should help the customer journey<br />
- although the opportunity for personal<br />
interaction has by no means diminished,<br />
and remains a key facility for users of the<br />
PartsforMachines platform.<br />
