Please adopt correct referencing methods. Papers with incorrect referencing and in-textcitation are likely to be rejected.The citations should be placed at the end of the paper in the sequence as they appear in the text. References topersonal communication and unpublished literature should not be placed under references, but should be citedin the text in parentheses.
