Suite Von Neuhaus
This is the largest suite available
and can easily accommodate four
individuals across two separate
bedrooms. Welcoming open
space, good use of natural light,
and charming views await. On
top of this guests are treated to
a Finnish sauna made from Swiss
pine, and a free-standing bathtub
within the room.
Suite Von Wolkenstein
The slightly smaller Suite Von
Wolkenstein differs from the Von
Neuhaus only in that there is one
guest bedroom. Otherwise, the
room still has the same refined
feel, can accommodate up to four
people, includes a Finnish sauna,
freestanding bathtub, and a pullout
sofa for village and mountain
views.
Suite Caruesses
Suite Caruesses is comparable
to the Suite Von Wolkenstein
in size and amenities although
instead of a pull-out sofa
guests can revel in a large
Divan set in front of the bay
window. The exposed timber
and attention to details gives
this suite an almost rustic feel.
Suite Krössbrunn
The smallest of all suites
available, the Suite
Krössbrunn, is by no means
the least. It exudes elegance
and what it lacks in indoor
space it makes up for with a
loggia, or covered balcony,
which offers stunning views of
over the majestic Dolomites.
Instead of a Finnish sauna
guests can enjoy an infrared
sauna.
Cuisine
Main Dining Stube
The main dining stube boasts a warm
ambience, wood panelled walls, and idyllic
views of the historic village of Villanders,
dining will feel like a treat. This is where
breakfast and dinner are served.
All guests are treated a world class
complimentary breakfast during their
stay, aptly named the Breakfast Royale.
A richly laid out spread packed locally
baked goods, crisp bread, freshly brewed
coffee, refreshing fruit, rich cold cuts, and
appetizing cheese, await. All followed up
by some caviar and champagne.
The 5-course Alpine Dinner on the other
hand gives a guest a glimpse into the
gastronomic excellence of the region.
Prepared by expert Gault Millau chef,
Tomek Kinder, the menu emphasises local
produce, fresh ingredients, and traditional
flavours. It’s an a la carte menu that
includes vegetarian options.
