Bad Kohlgrub
Seit über 150 Jahren trägt Kohlgrub den Zusatz
Bad und ist ein anerkanntes Heilbad. Kennenlernen
kann man das wertvolle Naturheilmittel
nicht nur bei Anwendungen wie Moorbädern
und Moorpackungen sondern auch in freier
Natur, beispielsweise am Moorlehrpfad. Bis
heute wird das alpine Bergkiefernhochmoor
vor Ort abgebaut und nach seiner Nutzung
renaturiert. Aktiv und fit wird man ganz
von selbst, wenn man Bad Kohlgrub ein wenig
näher erkunden möchte. Denn der Moorkurort
und seine insgesamt 17 Weiler sind über mehrere
Höhenlagen verteilt: von den Ausläufern
des Murnauer Mooses auf 650 m bis zum Gipfel
des Hinteren Hörnle auf 1.548 m.
Kohlgrub proudly bear the title Bad (German spa resort) for more than 150 years and is a recognized
health center for curative mud. You can get in touch with this valuable natural remedy not
only in treatments such as mud baths and mud packs but also in the great outdoors, for example
on the bog nature trail. The alpine mountain pine based bog is still hauled out on site and renatured
after its use. You become active and fit on your own if you want to explore Bad Kohlgrub
a little closer. This is due to fact that Bad Kohlgrub and its 17 hamlets are spread over several
altitudes: from the foothills of the marshlands Murnauer Moos at 650m to the summit of Hintere
Hörnle mountain at 1,548m.
