4.2 Optimizing Material Properties<br />

The curing kinetics of acrylatesaswellasof other types of monomers can<br />

be monitored accurately by infrared spectroscopy [56]. Labexperimentsfor<br />

testing initiating system efficiency and for adjusting irradiation conditions<br />

can be conducted on samples of various thickness (from a few micrometers to<br />

some millimeters) using adapted sampling methods (transmission or ATR-IR)<br />
