o Collect and Distribute: Specifically designed as a high volume call answering
service, which allows the customer to collect information from a small
percentage of callers (competitions, opinion polls, market research).
o Call Director; allows the use of the contractors advanced features but accessed via a
geographic number.
The Contractor also has a range of international options:-
o International Freefone, Free of charge for callers from overseas countries. The
contractor provides a different toll-free number for each country.
o Universal Freefone, Free of charge for callers from overseas countries. The
Contractor provides the same toll-free number for each country.
o International Shared Cost, Caller pays for an element of the call when calling from
overseas countries
o Terminating Abroad, Enables customers to have UK originated Freefone service
terminated at an overseas destination.
o Transit, Enables an incoming Freefone call to be switched in the UK and terminated
at an overseas PSTN destination.
