The call management system is configured to provide reports at all levels within the managed
service from individual extensions to the whole Service.
Logicalis provides access to the following set of reports. Three Months worth of data is available on
line. Data between 3 Months and 6 Months old is available on request at nil Charge.

The Customer can request additional reports from Logicalis at additional charge.
Logicalis provides reports on calls that pass between switching nodes. An additional record set gives
details of the identity of local and remote parties to allow tracking of network break-in and breakout
activity. Additional information includes:
Date & time at termination of call
Duration of call
Answer delay response time
Meter pulses (if available)
Trunk access code
