炮 , 嗰 陣 時 係 咁 嘅 模 樣 。 其 實 到 後 期 , 講 緊 圍 城 之 後 , 夜 晚 你 行 過 呢 個 位 置 ,
因 為 對 面 係 紅 磡 火 車 站 嗰 個 巴 士 站 , 咁 其 實 有 多 警 察 就 係 , 其 實 幾 步 …… 可 能
三 、 五 米 就 有 一 個 警 察 係 keep 住 望 住 你 呢 個 位 置 , 望 住 你 啲 人 走 嚟 走 去 , 如 果
你 夜 晚 行 過 呢 d 嘅 位 置 可 能 行 得 近 牆 然 後 佢 望 到 你 嘅 話 , 佢 會 搵 電 筒 照 住 你 , 你
行 到 邊 佢 就 照 到 邊 , 咁 樣 嘅 情 況 。
This is one of the corners of the platform. On the other side is the Hung Hom Station
bus stop and the Cross Harbour Tunnel. It was one of the first guard posts from the
beginning. Another thing is that this wall had another purpose; there were many
umbrellas hanging from it to protect against tear gas and water cannons. Towards
the end, after the siege, you’d see a lot of policemen stationed here - one every 3,
5 metres. It’s probably because this place is just opposite the Hung Hom Station
bus stop. If you walked by at night and approached the wall, the cops would shine a
flashlight on you and the light would follow you until you left.
