ROBERT MUNSCH EVENT AT THE ENABLING GARDEN ON AUGUST 19
The Guelph Wellington Seniors Association is a proud sponsor of the ever popular Tea ‘n’ Tales held in
partnership with the staff at the Enabling Gardens in Riverside Park.
On Saturday, August 19, members of the GWSA Storytelling group, the Guelph Guild of Storytellers, Puppets
‘n’ Paints, and Puppets Elora joined talents to present Robert Munsch’s famous story “The Paper Bag
Princess”. Robert Munsch was pleased and proud to watch our puppet and storyteller rendition.
In fact, Robert Munsch has given us permission to perform four more of his stories next summer!
The puppeteer/facepainters are Andy Timmerman, Linda
Smith, and Ellen Webb
The storyteller is Sya van Geest. And of course, there is
the one and only Robert, enjoying it all.
