career path and particular specialties? AMSA Rural alongside Monash MNHS
and GPSA are researching the factors that drive your career decisions to
better inform policy and advocacy.
By sharing your intentions, experiences, and ideas, as you consider your
career, you will be contributing to a sound evidence base that will directly
benefit us as future doctors. Results of this survey will inform and improve
policy and planning for the future medical workforce.
