was buoyant when speaking about Infinity Nine, and the brand<br />
are clearly enthused at having someone so globally renowned<br />
on board, so to speak.<br />
He said: “It has been a pleasure to work with Mr Parker and<br />
we are so thankful that he chose us to put together his dream<br />
yacht. We hope and believe we have helped him realise that<br />
dream. We’re proud of what our team achieved, and we cherish<br />
building long-term relationships in this way.”<br />
That relationship certainly won’t have been short of a bottle or<br />
two to toast in celebration, since Parker owns his own vineyard<br />
in Provence, named Château La Mascaronne. A huge fan of rosé,<br />
he recently began production of a new vintage, and looks forward<br />
to future <strong>summer</strong>s on board his yacht when he can literally taste<br />
the fruits of his labour.<br />
“Toasting my own wine on board Infinity Nine is the dream. I have<br />
a special place to put the corks of each bottle on the yacht – it’s<br />
a perspex box fixed to the wall, and showcases each cork, each<br />
bottle, each memory.<br />
“At the rate we are going it will be filled up to the top quite<br />
soon… but hopefully with my own wine corks!”<br />
