Upgrade <strong>to</strong> <strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion<br />

Server 1.21<br />

<strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion Server 1.21 is au<strong>to</strong>matically installed when you upgrade <strong>to</strong><br />

<strong>SAS</strong> Text Miner 5.1_M1.<br />

If the <strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion Server runs on a different Windows machine than<br />

<strong>SAS</strong> Text Miner, you must apply the maintenance release <strong>to</strong> both machines (the one<br />

that runs <strong>SAS</strong> Text Miner and the one that runs the <strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion Server),<br />

so both products have applied the maintenance release.<br />

To upgrade <strong>to</strong> <strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion Server 1.21:<br />

1 In the Windows Control panel, use the Add or Remove Programs functionality <strong>to</strong><br />

uninstall the <strong>SAS</strong> Document Conversion Server.
