Complete these steps:<br />

1 Use the WebSphere Application Server backupConfig utility <strong>to</strong> back up all profiles<br />

and configuration data.<br />

To backup the profiles and configuration data, type the command for your operating<br />

environment from the WAS_INSTALL_ROOT/profiles/<strong>SAS</strong>-nodeprofilename/bin:<br />

n In Windows environments, run backupConfig.bat backup-filename —<br />

profileName <strong>SAS</strong>-node-profilename<br />

n In UNIX environments, execute backupConfig.sh backup-filename —<br />

profileName <strong>SAS</strong>-node-profilename<br />

For more information about how <strong>to</strong> run the backupConfig utility, see the<br />

documentation for the WebSphere application server.<br />

2 S<strong>to</strong>p all <strong>SAS</strong> Web applications. In the WebSphere Administrative Console, select the<br />

check box for each <strong>SAS</strong> Web application, and then click S<strong>to</strong>p.<br />

3 Uninstall all <strong>SAS</strong> Web applications.<br />

n In the WebSphere Administrative Console, select the check box for each <strong>SAS</strong><br />

Web application, and then click Uninstall.
