<strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Server 4.1_M1<br />

In November 2011 (<strong>SAS</strong> <strong>9.3</strong>, Rev. 930_11w45), <strong>SAS</strong> shipped the first maintenance<br />

release of <strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Server, which is a localization-only release. A localization-only<br />

release means that the software was translated in<strong>to</strong> additional languages. For more<br />

information about this maintenance release, contact your <strong>SAS</strong> account representative.<br />

<strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Server 12.1<br />

New Features and Enhancements<br />

Here are some of the new features and enhancements in <strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Server 12.1:<br />

n a new administration component, <strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Project Manager<br />

Note: To deploy the new component, <strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Project Manager, you must<br />

launch the <strong>SAS</strong> Deployment Wizard and select the Install Additional <strong>Software</strong><br />

option. For more information, see “Add <strong>SAS</strong> Products That Do Not Require<br />

Configuration” in Chapter 3 of <strong>SAS</strong> Intelligence Platform: Installation and<br />

Configuration <strong>Guide</strong>.<br />

n the ability <strong>to</strong> change the name of the input data set, <strong>to</strong> import project settings, <strong>to</strong> use<br />

a user-defined list of events, and <strong>to</strong> filter by model source, input variable, and<br />

reporting variable<br />

n new and enhanced <strong>SAS</strong> Forecast Batch interface<br />

n new reports<br />
