The peak construction workforce for the foundation proponentís initial development (i.e. up to 3 trains) at the Precinct could be expected to be between approximately 2,500- 3,500 people. Final numbers will be dependent on facility size, phasing of facilities (e.g. one LNG train at a time or multiple at once), degree of concurrent construction and if other proponents are building facilities simultaneously. The size of operational workforce will in part depend on how many proponents end up operating within the Precinct. However, the core operations workforce required for dayto-day operation of the initial development (i.e. up to three trains) within the Precinct could be expected to be between 300 and 500 people. During the operational life of the project the facility will be operated on a 24 hour a day, seven days a week basis excluding planned shutdown periods. During planned major maintenance and turnarounds and influx of shutdown personnel will occur with an estimated total workforce of up to 900 people for up to 1 month duration.
