Overview of licensing as a broker or salesperson .<br />
Includes ethics of practice as a license holder, titles<br />

personal and real property, appraisal, finance and<br />
regulations, closing procedures, and real estate<br />
mathematics . Covers at least three hours of classroom<br />
instruction on federal, state, and local laws relating to<br />
housing, discrimination, housing credit discrimination,<br />
and community reinvestment . Fulfills at least 30 of 60<br />

training in the areas of loan processing and originating<br />

trade practices, listing or buying procedures, and the<br />
disclosure of an agency . This course is required by The<br />
Texas Real Estate Commission for new salesperson<br />

and materials used in the design and construction<br />

Examines the procedural aspects required to research<br />
land titles, establish and administer title closings,<br />
escrow, determination of settlement requirements,<br />

document review, funding procedures, post closing<br />
audit and file set up will be presented . This course<br />
emphasizes workforce training in the area of closing<br />
and funding procedures as determined by the needs<br />

agreement between the college, employer, and<br />
student . Under supervision of the college and the<br />
employer, the student combines, classroom learning<br />
with work experience . Directly related to a technical<br />
discipline, specific learning objectives guide the<br />
student through the paid work experience . This course<br />
may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary .<br />
The student is required to work a minimum of 20 hours<br />
a week and attend a weekly seminar . An approved<br />
