submission of editorial copy<br />
which must be received by<br />
Monday at noon. The Tester editorial<br />
office is located on the 2nd<br />
floor of Building 409. Free classified<br />
ads may be placed in the<br />
newspaper by active-duty, family<br />
members and retired military. Paid<br />
advertising is also available. Both<br />
types of ads may be placed at the<br />
publisher’s office in Lexington Park,<br />

The Veterinary Treatment Facility<br />
offers over-the-counter sales for pet<br />
needs and hosts special clinics overseen<br />
by the Army veterinary staff.<br />
Active-duty and retired military and<br />
reservists during active duty periods are<br />
eligible to use this facility. Programs<br />
and policies are administered by the<br />
Army.<br />
