NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Made pursuant to Paragraph 8.27 (2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia

1. Directors who are standing for re-election at the 7th Annual General Meeting are as follows:
1.1 The Directors retiring by rotation pursuant to Article 105 of the Company’s Articles of
Association and seeking re-election are as follows:
i. Encik Bakry bin Hamzah
ii. Encik Mohd Nazri bin Md. Shariff
1.2 Dato’ Wira Syed Abdul Jabbar bin Syed Hassan is seeking re-appointment pursuant to
Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965, to hold office until the conclusion of the next
Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. The profiles of the above Directors who are standing for re-election are set out on pages 22 to 25
of this Annual Report 2010. The Directors’ shareholdings in the Company are set out in the
Analysis of Shareholdings which appear from page 229 to 235 of this Annual Report 2010.
3. A total of six (6) Board Meetings were held during the financial year ended 31 December 2010.
The details of attendance of Directors at the said Board Meetings up to 31 December 2010 are
stated in their respective profiles on pages 22 to 25 of this Annual Report 2010.
4. The 7th Annual General Meeting of Tradewinds Plantation Berhad will be held as follows:
