The Jobs tab contains <strong>the</strong> following sections:<br />

Moni<strong>to</strong>ring Server Performance<br />

■ The View Data list of values enables you <strong>to</strong> change <strong>the</strong> interval of time for <strong>the</strong><br />

graphs on <strong>the</strong> Jobs tab.<br />

■ Job Load graphs <strong>the</strong> number of jobs submitted <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Reports</strong> Server over <strong>the</strong><br />

course of some interval (e.g., one hour).<br />

■ Job Completion Statistics graphs <strong>the</strong> number of failed and successful jobs over <strong>the</strong><br />

course of some interval (e.g., one hour).<br />

■ Elapse Time graphs <strong>the</strong> time taken by <strong>the</strong> jobs <strong>to</strong> execute at <strong>the</strong> time of invoking<br />

<strong>the</strong> graph. For current jobs it is average execution time. The statistics displayed by<br />

this graph can be used <strong>to</strong> find out :<br />

– The jobs that do not execute quickly.<br />

– The jobs that s<strong>to</strong>p responding.<br />

The <strong>Reports</strong> Server main page in <strong>the</strong> Application Server Control Console has two tabs:<br />

■ Home, shown in Figure 19–10<br />

■ Engines, shown in Figure 19–11<br />
