Command Line Keywords<br />

■ This keyword is a command that does not require a value; i.e., commands are<br />

entered by <strong>the</strong>mselves without a corresponding value.<br />

■ Related keywords are SERVER and AUTHID.<br />

Table A–90 indicates which commands can use <strong>the</strong> PDFCOMP keyword.<br />

Description Use PDFCOMP <strong>to</strong> specify whe<strong>the</strong>r PDF output should be compressed.<br />

Syntax PDFCOMP=value|{YES|NO}<br />

Values<br />

■ value Any value 0 though 9. A value of 0 means PDF output will not be<br />

compressed. A value of 1 through 9 will compress <strong>the</strong> PDF output and permit<br />

users <strong>to</strong> control <strong>the</strong> compression level.<br />

■ YES Compresses output at compression level 6.<br />

■ NO Compresses output at compression level 0 (no compression).<br />

Default 6<br />
