Default If P_NAME is not specified, <strong>the</strong> PL/SQL function is populated with <strong>the</strong> report<br />

definition file name.<br />

Usage Notes<br />

■ If P_NAME is not specified, <strong>the</strong> PL/SQL function is populated with <strong>the</strong> report<br />

definition file name.<br />

■ Specify P_NAME only when you want <strong>to</strong> use <strong>the</strong> same report name for each report<br />

definition file being registered in <strong>Oracle</strong>AS Portal. This option is typically left<br />

blank.<br />

■ The report name cannot be prefaced with numeric characters (e.g., 401K_ report is<br />

an invalid file name and my_401K_report is valid).<br />

Table A–78 indicates which commands can use <strong>the</strong> P_OWNER keyword.<br />

Description Use P_OWNER <strong>to</strong> specify <strong>the</strong> <strong>Oracle</strong>AS Portal DB Provider that owns a<br />

report's package, which is created when <strong>the</strong> report definition files are registered. This<br />

keyword is only used when DTYPE=REGISTER.<br />
