In the new version of the software (amongst many other improvements)
job ticketing information, including JDF based ones, will be part of the
PDF creation workflow. Document receivers will be able to define the
job ticket data they want to collect from the creator. Filling in and
assembling this data becomes part of the PDF creation process. The
job ticket data are managed by Enfocus' Certified PDF workflow
technology: the famous green checkmark will only be atributed to files
that contain the required job ticket data. At the receivers side a new
version of PitStop Server will check and extract the job ticket data into
different XML based formats including JDF.
