:Apogee Manage is designed for printing companies that produce a
moderate volume of plates. Running on a single platform, it provides
powerful tools normally found only in high-priced production systems. It
performs tasks such as PDF creation, preflighting, imposition and resolves
PDF transparencies. It combines the Adobe CPSI RIP and the latest Adobe
PDF Print Engine RIP for native PDF rendering. :Apogee Manage can be
enhanced with :Apogee WebApproval providing page-upload and
approval services to print buyers. JDF is used to either connect :Apogee
Manage with MIS systems for automatic job setup and execution or to
interface with digital presses. To track job progress and calculate costs,
JMF is used to provide real-time reporting of page revisions, number of
proofs and plates made. Agfa Balanced Screening, :Sublima and
:CristalRaster FM Screening increases print quality. :Apogee Color
guarantees predictable soft and hard copy proofing. :Apogee InkSave
provides ink cost savings, and increases printability and quality of the
printed matter. :Apogee InkDrive, automates ink fountain setup and
reduces press make ready time.
